What You Need to Send

Delivery
Final mastered files will be delivered online. Turnaround time depends on the project size, but single-track mastering is usually completed quickly after receiving the correct files.

Once the mixing process has begun, we do not offer full refunds. However, if you’re not satisfied with the final mix, you can request reasonable revisions, and we’ll do our best to meet your expectations.

3️⃣ Use of Hardware Mixing 🎛️

We will determine whether to use hardware mixing based on your song’s requirements. If your track benefits from additional analogue processing, we will make professional decisions accordingly.
