After placing your order, you will receive an automated email with a link to complete your project questionnaire. Through this link, you can upload your multitrack files and provide your production brief, technical requirements and preferred delivery timeline.
All Genting Hays services are custom-made digital creative services. Once production has started, orders are non-refundable. Up to 3 complimentary revision rounds are included where stated, but revisions must remain within the original project brief. Major changes, new directions or additional requirements may require an extra fee. If you wish to cancel before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible for a refund review.
